The Shield Control Centre at our Head Office in Kennington, utilises the very latest telecom-munications and computer technology, including CCTV and remote site monitoring facilities. It is manned 24 hours a day 365 days a year. Every site is reported in real time allowing instant control and response; in addition, every conversation is recorded. The Centre is equipped with back-up emergency power to ensure that it remains operational even in the event of a power cut.
Designed to our exacting specification and compliant with current industry standards, the centre is extremely cost effective. By keeping overheads to a minimum, more of the income flow reaches our staff at the sharp end. The objective is to ensure that the people working for you are of the highest possible calibre.
